So, I'm not sure where i screwed up. Normandy's fully upgraded and everything, but my whole crew just got jacked by the collectors. Does anyone know where i messed up?

It's supposed to happen. The Collectors kidnap your crew and then you go to rescue them from the Collector base.

ok, i had just read on here about saving the crew or not. Not sure exactly, so i thought i screwed up bad if i lost the entire crew
