The match the two symbols unless there next to one another
they won’t complete. The one with the files I don’t understand at all.

You have to be quick with them. If you take too long to click on the second symbol, it wont complete the circuit.
With the files, you need to match the file in the scrolling window with the one on the upper right of the header. You can navigate from one file to anoter using WASD and select the file by hitting your spacebar. If you move over a red tinted file (a scecurity locked file), it kicks you out. Avoid those. When you select the proper file, a different one will appear in the header and you have to find that one. After that, you get a third one. Once you find all three, you crack it.
