So my computer crashed while I was playing ME2 (video card may have overheated), when I rebooted and reloaded my game all my keybindings, settings, and achievements were reset.  Keybindings were easy enough to fix, but can anything be done about my achievements? 

I had all of the loyalty ones that unlocked abilities when you start a new game, and even though my party members are still loyal the achievements haven't re-unlocked.  Is there any way to restore the achievements?

There's no way I can think of, other than to check your Temporary files after the crash for "Player1.prf" or to get one from another player. I've heard of others losing their files from their BIOGame folder as well causing loss of achievements and configs, so this is a pretty lousy bug.
