Mass effect 2 black screen after second intro cinematic?

Hi I got and installed today the game on my xbox 360 (jasper elite) and after the second cinematic, when the normandy is attacked, the screen is turning black, but the sound remains. I can even access to the menu, but the game screen remains black with no HUD. I need help on that one! Thank you
