If the conversation was legit then the DLC hasn't even been sent for certification. They can't certify the download if Bioware themselves are still (maybe) working on it. The one thing that speaks volumes is the fact that Bioware is keeping their mouths shut and just hoping all the PS3 users go away. Why else would they hide the PS3 forum only?

Thanks for the interesting read.  I didn't ever think it would take Sony that long to certify anything.  It's probably the same issues that BioWare had with the original DA:O release.  It just sucks that BioWare wouldn't just come out and admit it, but what company would.

The little chat log is EA saying it's on BioWare.

I just went to IGN.com they have the release date for 3/31/2010 .... now that's funny.

What if wishes were fishes and we still had to listen to someone outside the company guess why one of the most revered gaming companies is seeming to have so much problem with 60 minutes of content that not only has no consequences for the game itself, but also features almost nothing new in gameplay.

Seriously guys, it's walk in a line, hear alistair talk, get the goodies then kill the ogre.

That intricate detail takes scrub companies years to perfect and develop.

welll if there for no DLC then there commercial for the most expansive rpg game would be quite the lie lol.... As long as neither bioware or PS3 dont say anything they can just have us all saying its both of them. well thats what i would do atleast

Shhhhh!!! Maybe djclown will actually ellicit some word from Bioware. After all, when his dog ate his Dragon Age disk and he posted a plea for help, they were quite prompt in their response...

You must be right because sony wouldn't be able to stay in business if it takes three/four weeks to certify a hour download its not whole game it shouldn't take this long .

If they had never released any expansions then we, the PS3 users, would not have been treated any differently than the other platforms and we would not be upset. I don't consider mysylph LUCKY to be treated like a mushroom - kept in the dark and fed garbage. 

Though I can understand that they rightfully earned some loyalty from you, djclown, as they did treat you right in regards to your broken disc, think if they had instead ignored you. Well, actually djclown they have, just about the DLC and not your broken disc. You, like us, have been told nothing and ignored as compared with how they treated the Xbox and PC customers. Check those threads, check the annoucements, you will see what I am talking about. 

The problem is those consumers, like YOU, that are willing to be treated badly and continue to purchase the product, like some sort of bad stereotypical 1950's wife whose husband beats her and she stays around for it because his game is good. If you want decent customer service you must demand it and demand it with your purchasing power. Companies care about profits and little else. If you want to impact them, that is where you aim.
 
Dont want to deprive yourself of a great game? Afraid BioWare will decide it's easier not to make games for us PS3 users? So afraid you'll keep quiet? Well then, enjoy the way you are being treated now as you are likely to be treated much worse in the future. Customer service costs a company money, if they can get by with little to none then they will. If that's not what you want djclown then stop attacking those who are fighting for the PS3 users to be treated with a little respect as a customer base.

There are other games, you know. Pen/Paper/Miniatures RPGs are more fulfilling than this, and you get to interact with real people, too.
