hi can someone help me please, i have been trying to register my game but it does not except my code. i am using the same one as i did to install the game on my pc.
i have already registered dragon age origins on my account and i am doing the same thing as i did for that.
any help please?

Run the config utility in ME2 and click on the Game tab. Copy/paste the CD key into the registration field on this site. See if that works.

I can't register my version too, I bought it online. The registration code is on the "Game" tab and i registered it on my online profile too....

Your game is registered. You have the ME2 logo under your portrait.

hi, just letting you know i got it to work. not sure how, i just tried it agin and it worked. thanks for replys.
can you tell me when i redeem the my codes i got with the game, do i download and save to desktop and then install them?

OK. I see, i registered my mass efect 2 copy too. But, why it doesn't show in my games (you know, under my profile)? I can't see any achievements, upload my character, nothing. It doesn't work with mass efect 2, only with DA? And i've got another question - why (i've registered my cerberus network, of course) when i check oficcial dlc in tab games on the top of the screen, it shows me only the cerberus network buy option?
Edit: Will the mass efect 2 be in my games like DA in future? Maybe it isn't a good topic, but i have to ask

Yes it doesn't work the same way as Dragonage. If you want the DLC go to your game promotions and download/install it. Then login with your same account in Mass Effect 2 and you should be good to go.
