Mayday, SOS, ... ---...

Okay so uhmm i totaly forgot i had a EA
account before from Dragon age, right. so i made a new one and now the
Dragon armor DLC and the Pre order Delux Edition DLC well are on
seperate accounts any way i can get both on the same account. Any way i can
merge both accounts in to one account to get the DLC's working. also i
played my first run never found the pre order Armor or gun. at all no
were on my ship. so uhmm Did i do something wrong i Pre-ordered it of
STEAM

only DLC's i have on my list is the Normandy crash site and Zaeed - The Price of Revenge
Wich one gives me the Pre-order Collector armor, Assault rifle and Incisor rifle.

when i first tried to instal one of the DLC's it told me
that the game wasnt instaled on my system.
how rather well anoying to say the least Is that beacuse i have it on STEAM wich instals it in its own Folder Directory?

And
well were could i also Email Some one (email would be best cuz it gives me a chance to cool off and well not yell at a poor Tech suport person on the phone) to get 2 Seperate accounts Merged in to one
cuz im not having any luck here, when i get anoyed i cant even use a
calculator so some one Please Dumb it down for me how to get some decent
help please.

You should try contacting EA through one of these 2 methods:
1 Call 650-628-1001 - EA Technical Support between 7 AM and 7 PM PST.  Keep in mind that due to volume of calls, you may be on hold up to 2 hours.
2. You can try their live chat, at www.support.ea.com/chat.  The wait time again is long and you may be accidentally disconnected.  Either way, don't give up.

Ask them to link your accounts together.  You probably should have both e-mails handy.   This extremely long thread was the source of that information if you want to go to see some stories about how other people handled it.  It mostly involved XBOX 360 DLC, I believe.  But regardless of PC or Xbox, they should still be able to help you out, and should either link the accounts and give you the items, or give you new codes for the items.  Make sure that you get all your codes correctly sorted out so that you have everything.

I am having the same issue with the "Game not installed" and I also have it through STEAM. I actually also just posted a topic on it as I didn't see yours until now. I am going to associate the link to this thread in my entry.

im beyond confuzled and well tired cuz i was up all night playing it a second turn thru im not even half thru my second playthru and im going to bed at 4pm. lol
