Hi there, I just got my copy of Mass Effect 2 and have installed it and then installed all the DLC for it (Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site and Collectors weapon + armour). When I turn on Mass Effect 2 I am promted to log into the cerberus network which I attempt to do however I get an error saying that my connection has been interupted or that I am offline.
I currently reside in the halls of residence for Glasgow Caledonian University and am wondering if it is the university firewall which is blocking cerberus network access. Is there any way to find out if this is the case?

Hm, it could be a firewall, but the only way to check that would be to figure out what the Cerberus activation address is. Can you load up EA's site and log in there? They might not be exactly related although they might go through the same Authentication server.
It could also just be that there's some other gateway or something messing you up, or that the network is just down for you at the moment.

Yeah I can log into the EA site fine, if it helps at all the university firewall does block windows live and steam however I've never had any issues with EA download manager so I'm not really sure if its the firewall or not.
