I was not able to select it from the character creation screen, I have already done zaeed mission though and my soldier was able to learn it through advance training, is inferno grenade inaccessable to infiltrators? or I have to learn it later through terminal?

You have to learn it later, or through New Game+. It must be earned/relearned for each new character.

i believe so, but I've only played as vanguard. But back to your question, there is an upgrade were you can learn a new tech or biotic ability and once characters are loyal to you you can learn their special unlocked ability. i.e. Miranda's slam. So just get Zaeed loyal to you and you should be able to get it

So my infiltrator can learn it but ill lose the skill I selected in the creation screen in the process?

No. You can only learn it through the "Advanced Training" prototype after his loyalty mission. It won't make you lose any other skill.

Yea but where do infiltrators get advanced training prototype? I did Zaeed's loyalty mission but when I talk to him he just rambles on about past war stories
