My problem is not that I cannot download any content. I had not problem connecting to the Cerberus Network or anything. I have everything downloaded. I took My 360 to my girlfriends house who doesn't have internet connection which really shouldn't matter. However, when I tried to RESUME or LOAD my save file, the following message pops up:
The save game cannot be loaded. The following DLC is missing: Normandy Crash Site, Zaeed.
I already have both of these items on my HDD. So what is the problem? Help would be much appreciated.

Same here, but instead its asking me to play a new game and I don't want to do that.

Having a very similar problem. I have 2 profiles on the same Hard Drive, and one of the profiles is unable to load any saves. I don't care about the additional content, just want to be able to load a save that somehow we were able to get 4hrs into but now we can't load.
