Kay, so in my playthrough, I had two situations where there were conflicts between two groups of people in my crew. The first one was between Jack and Miranda, and the other one was between Tali and Legion. I was able to sort out the situation with Tali and Legion with my paragon influence, but I didn't have any of my influence high enough to sort out Jack and Miranda.
So I decided to side with Jack, and I lost Miranda's loyalty because of that. Thing is, when I go to talk to Miranda, there's a renegade and paragon option for me to regain her trust. My paragon points are maxed out now, but the paragon option is still grey on her.
Something tells me not having Miranda's trust is gonna cost me big in the end. Anyone got any suggestions?

SPOILER
This happened to me, and I ended up having Miranda and Jack both die in the end, not sure if its related but might have been.

This is why I put off the loyalty missions for a bit. Make sure you have enough persuasive ability to handle these things first. As for the maxed out paragon thing, did you try wearing the death mask from Tuchanka while talking to her? It increases persuasiveness.

No suggestions, I had the same problem (lost Miranda's loyalty) but they both survived in the end for me. Apparently you don't actually need everyone's loyalty to have everyone survive, although Miranda was the only one I was missing loyalty-wise.

I have the same problem.
I think it's a glitch actually.

I actually didn't have high enough paragon during the fight, but later on I went and talked to Miranda, and the paragon option was available and she immediately got over it. My problem is I don't know if every time I ask to talk she just says "I've got alot to do" still because of that or because her talking was over, I had already done her mission. She says it nicely like she did before the fight, but I mean... is she never gonna talk again?
BTW, my paragon points weren't even maxed when it let me use the option.

Yeah Medet. Same thing. I was just worried that not having one person could affect the whole outcome, but I just put Miranda on the side-line and told her to shut-up whenever she volunteered to do anything. Hehehe. Worked out in the end cause we all got out though
.
But yeah, Miranda seems cool with me now...guess you would be nice to someone if they just got you out of something alive, eh?
Still cpolisch, I wonder why I can't re-convince her now when my paragon points were definitely high enough. I know I tried to regain her immediately after and my paragon points weren't high enough, but when I tried to go back several more times when my paragon points were maxed it was still no good. Weird. Guess maybe you can only try to reconcile with her once and then that's it?
Oh well. Still got the achievement so it's all good.

You know, maybe it requires like 1 bar of paragon and it's not coded to recognize if you have >2 bars of paragon. Could be a glitch in coding if people are saying they have full paragon with these choices still being greyed out...

There is no glitch. You just have to be careful about when you do these things.

Guys. The odds of your teammates' survivals depends on who you pick for their roles. If you want 100% squad survival, here's what I recommend for the second stage of your Collector mission:
Samara as the Biotic support, Jacob as the auxilary squad leader. You can take whoever you want as your squadmates for the mission, since Samara will make sure your squadmates survive. Make sure the people you assign in those roles are loyal, or it will cost you.

What about the tech specialist? I used Legion and he got shot in the face. Not cool.

Well Tali would be common sense to be the tech specialist, just have to make sure she doesnt get pressure cooked.

I got 3,5 bars of Paragon now and Jack is still not letting me talk to her in Normandy.
I only got 1 mission before the Collector Mission and i got in to the confrontation not so long ago, am i screwed?
Should i just send her away with the rest of my crew, or should i put her as my squadmate?
