Oh come on, that just sucks. That's IT?!

Well at least my Shepard got the privelege of seeing it all huh. But hell, maybe it was too much to ask for anyway, so they just gave us that.

Maybe not seeing her face is for the good though.
But still there is hope... that in ME3... maybe. But doesn't seem probable, since they already romanced so no reason for her to take it off again?

I don't know but I did a good job making sure she stays alive on the last mission. Garrus died though. *sob*

I still love Tali whether we got to see her helmet or not, she's awesome. Going as far as risking herself to spend time with Shepard adds even more to her personality.

I'm tempted to demand seeing her face in ME3... Well, maybe we will. There's no more ME after ME3, like spin offs, so we got nothing to lose then, eh?

I just watched Garrus romance though. It's like the opposite version of Tali romance. Again they're interspecies and they're from your old squad, both loving your Shep but not being sure what to do.
I think they just hugged and stuff with Garrus, with Tali probably a little more. Still, we got more than enough for both of these romances.

I imagine they are going to make the Tali romance a bigger deal in ME 3. Casey Hudson mentioned we will probably "eventually" see her face, and considering there is one game left, I am sure that means ME 3. I do hope we get to have a good ending with Tali with some more relationship development, which Liara and Ashley already have.

The mild disappointment of no one getting to see her face I think is better than the unavoidable storm of angry threads showing her face would make. No matter how they made her face, people would complain.



So i'm happy just picturing it given the very slight view of it we do get through her helmet.

Yeah same, I think it's a good thing. Revealing her face before ME3 would be wrong, whether we like it or not.

But in ME3... we should just get it over with and see it already. They owe us that much

Undoubtedly, a good portion of her appeal comes from her enigmatic appearance. we all have our own preconception of what a Quarian looks like, and Bioware knows it. I doubt they will just show us a Quarian's face and say "You were all wrong, this is how they look."

I find it hard to imagine what a Quarian looks like. So I'm kind of relying in Bioware to give them an amazing look that everyone will love. I'm guessing they have to look really beautiful so that everyone's satisfied?



I can only imagine that her skin is purple, I think everyone does, but that could be a simple misconception because of her helmet. Still, I think she'd look pretty good in purple, lol.

I'd probably say a light purple. Given the fact they're always in a suit they would be quite pale.

I always pictured a light purple or maybe a pink. I could sooooooo picture a pink Tali.

I believe its not a shade of purple.

I don't really know how to describe it, but, more a silver-gray. Not like the "grey alien" gray, but certainly not purple.

LOL.  That's possible.  It would match the Geth and the ships they live in.

I think the Tali romance subplot is very well written; better than all the other female LIs. Very sweet and the mystery is retained at the end. I love it.

I liked the aftermath comment she gives if you did the dirty with her. How she basically got the flu because you two bumped uglies. Makes me wonder if she got something else during the encounter she isn't telling us about >.>

The only preconception I have of her face is what bioware has already shown me through the helmet, other than that I have no clue, but They did a great job on liara, so I bet they will do a great job on tali.

I was almost as nervous as I would in real life in such a situation, considering that it's a "what if I get to see her face right now?" moment. But I didn't.

As I said in another thread, they should simply add in a dialogue choice for ME3 that gives you the option to see her face (If she is romancable/recruitable). That way you can if want, as Bioware intended or not, to keep the mystery.

That's true. There will still be people complaining though, but they can't stand up to the fact that it' optional.

I was very disappointed you couldn't have a fem relationship with Tali - I figured if anyone would be made available it would be her. I guess I'll have to wait until someone makes a mod to alter the script so it sees you as a man instead and lets it happen. (Moders! Please make this a priority! Should be easy enough and it would make a lot of people happy)



As for seeing her face ... honestly I'd rather not. I tend to think of her helmet as her face and don't even much care for seeing the vague facial image you sometimes get through it.
