I would like to know if i can recruit all members in team as a renegade Shepard and weather theres is any major effects on game if i choose to be paragon or renegade?

Paragon affects charm and Renegade affect intimidate -- these help if you really want to persuade, so it usually helps if you're one or the other.

Yeah I mainly wanted to know if I can recruit all team members as renegade or will my action like make me unable to do it?

Well, if dialog doesn't allow it... then try a neutral approach when interacting with characters. Sometimes, certain characters don't take too well with an utter Renegade Shepard who's always a douchebag. This is what I remember from ME1 when I went renegade.

Thanks for the answer I just decided for once to start a play through as Renegade.
