Yeah, it sucks though man I don't see wtf is hard about unlocking saves. People say it's the trophies and all ( people get so bent over #$%^&ing Trophies)

As I said once I get into the Service and get situated, I'll prolly go back to a PC. I liked consoles and all since you don't have to dump alot of money for parts into it, and that you don't have to upgrade it every like damn year lol, but yeah ( ME looks pretty cool too)

@ Gulfwarvet: /salute dude! My grandpa, Dad, and bro in law have all served in the Army, and are proud vets! THANKS!!!!

Just lost my character, only 3 hours, so kind of lucky but I was told to delete everything to fix my DLC content issue and guess what, it did not work.

Signed.

I would love to be able to copy my character and take him to my Parents PS3 so I could play while visiting my parents.

I've been playing COD MW2 instead of dragon age.

A week and a half seems so long, but still no fixes or a post about the bugs or a response from any bioware rep.

****ing dumb dude

Indeed. It would be nice to get word on this.

This and framerate support will pretty much determine wether I buy the next game they put out

Here is my two cents I am still in the process of upgrading my PS3 hdd (5 days now) I noticed that there was a same game file different from the characters that I had created.  I suspect that there is data linked in that file from the individual save files.  Thus if you copied a save file you would have to in fact copy ALL saves to maintain the integrity of the save system developed by small brains.  So point your finger at Sony now for not providing the tools needed to transport your saves.  Even if I am wrong where is the tools to move the game saves around.  The PS3 is suppose to be a gaming console but it really is a gaming prison.

This is not the ps3's fault, it is the fault of lazy development that couldn't think beyond "copy protect" instead of linking to a profile. Sacred 2 had the exact same issue and it was easily resolved by a developer patch, which had nothing to do with the ps3 itself but rather the way in which trophy security was implemented. It's a noob mistake for devs to be honest.

Time for me to chime in again since its been months and no resolution:

I don't get why most EA developers intentionally lock the saves. It is a developer decision. As long as they follow the Sony 128-bit SSL security standard, there is no issue in unlocking the save since it can't be tampered due to a checksum.

If Capcom can accomidate their customers requests to unlock Resident Evil 5 saves last year, Bioware and Edge of Reality can do the same. Heck, you can call your EA buddies at Criterion Games! They did the same thing too and unlocked it for us. In fact their PS3 Burnout Paradise website has a feature where one can upload their save to see what "collectibles" they are missing.

My ps3's dying and I don't want to lose my DA saves, I've spent too much time getting this far. Good grief now it's only matter of time till that time bomb goes off...

It would be nice if Bioware ever RESPONDED to issues on these forums. I don't even care if you have a fix for us or not, it's nice to know we're even being heard.

To be honest at page 4 of this thread Micheal Lang replied 2 times.
Anyway I don't agree with you: I really care about a fix for us, since Micheal's replies nothing happened.
