I'm trying to figure out why changing the powers of the solider class to these :

SFXPower_Singularity

SFXPower_Shockwave

SFXPower_IncendiaryAmmo

SFXPower_PowerArmor

SFXPower_BioticCharge



does nothing in game? I still have the default powers for the class.

Ok, how about this one:

Is it possible to, say, raise the maximum level you can reach above 30? I have tried to do so through the obvious setting in the coalesced, but to no avail. My intent for this is so that I may reach a higher level so as to distribute more points to my teammates, as level 30 only allows for 4 maxed out powers, and not the final.


Or this is another interesting one. Has anyone figured out how to give your teammates special weapons? (I.E. machinegun, masscannon, flakgun) I tried adding a similar field to the ones where legion gets the masscannon, by changing it so that miranda gets the machinegun when the gethpulserifle is unlocked, but it only locked up my game when i went to load it.

Sorry if this question has already been answered, but is there a way to change the appearance model for Shepard with this tool? I've seen videos of Garrus and a Scion as Shepard, but can't seem to get it to work.

Syko - have you had any luck re-mapping the powers for a class yet? I'd liketo modify the powers for my Vanguard but like you have not seen the changes in the editor show up in game.



Anyone have any ideas?

Hmm, is there a tutorial for noobs somewhere? I dont understand what Im supposed to do in this editor... For instance I would like to get casual-wear on missions, but I have no clue what Im supposed to do. I found the [SFXGame.SFXPawn_Player] and there's 4 "casual appearances" with a code each. What now? :P Am I supposed to rewrite something in this code or paste something in the clipboard workspace below it or paste something in the "export me2mod"?

Help a noob out :S

I've added the toggleflycam option, and it works during normal play, but it won't work in cutscenes. In Mass Effect 1 it did - is there any way of doing this?

I figured out how to give any class any power. However they don't 'stick' between missions, meaning you will have to bind them to hot keys at the start of any mission and they will be with you all mission. I suggest you NOT use more than 3 extra powers at any time as you will start to lose Power Wheel space but at least nothing breaks. And I tell you one thing, It's fun to bind 3 powers to mouse wheel up/down/middle button. I love to use Heavy Pull, Biotic Charge Slam, Heavy Throw.

I want to double tap reload "R" to reload all reserve ammo.  How would I do that?  Or add it to another key.

Woah.

I'm waaayyy late on this one, but I gotta say, this editor/compiler is pure win.

I discovered the thing yesterday and am still more comfortable browsing through the ini files manually than with the latest version's interface. Still, even though there are things that just can't be done, this is very very nice.

Merely updating changing henchmen weapons' set, rebalancing weapons (shotguns, anyone?), slightly boosting exp rewards (first run anyway), throwing in a few 10 probes at the beginning or just binding a key to give squadmates the ONE squad point they'll need to max three talents make for a less frustrating experience, eh.

Too bad the henchmen can only carry two weapons, but oh well, at least Jacob can now clean his *own* assault file, lol.

Anyway, nice work on this tool.

I know what you mean.  I gave Jakob and Tali assault rifles.  I am also working on the Geth assault rifle's performance for my henchmen to 10% above player.  ...My allies need good guns I am sending them under fire more than Twice a day.
I am thinking on getting rid of the pistol and replacing it with the SMG but I do not know how that will affect gameplay so I am not going to try it until I have confirmation.

I wish to take away CS from Soldier class and give him something usefull, like Cloak/Tech armor/Biotic Charge. jujdred619 found a way to ADD powers to your class, using key binding, but I would like to change skills once for all. Any ideas? Iron Spine, have something? :D

And one more, because I forgot :). How to edit EACH power cooldown and/or duration?

According to the Modding thread there is no way known yet except for the one with bindings.

I am waiting for it myself to build the most imba class ever seen^^

the class definitions are elsewhere. until we can decrypt and recompress pcc filetypes, nothing like that can happen.

Ok. Is there a way to add (by key binding) Kasumi's Shadow Strike to my character (can't find in editor skill name)? Wonder if I will have animation moves.

And how to add a bonus skill with key bindings. Do I have to write a name of the character in a place of class, like:

I need a little help I accidentally replaced grunts member info with jacobs then rebuilt the coalecsed but I forgot to back grunt memberinfo up, so I now need grunts member info to get him back. please help me out.

Do you want to play with Amplifier Plates etc. on Freedom's Progress?

Search for armor, go to [SFXGame.SFXPawn_Player].

Change every PlotFlag in ArmAppearances, HelmetAppearances, LegAppearances, ShoulderAppearances and TorsoAppearances to -1.
