I preordered the DDE edition at eastore.com, and this Monday I received an auto-generated mail stating that the game was ready for preload. The mail also stated I would receive another mail with the codes for Cerberus Network and armor sets within 84 hours. These 84 hours have long since passed, but I still have received no codes at all. Moreover, I was only able to download the game: none of the DDE content like soundtrack and artbook have been available for me.
I thought the natural thing to do was to contact customer service. I live in the Netherlands, and when I go to eastore.com I automatically get directed to the Dutch version of the EA store site. On that site it is completely impossible for me to contact customer service! The link I think I should click only mistakenly redirects to some general/main page, which has no info at all on customer service or how to reach them (the Dutch word for 'customer service' has a huge, silly spelling error in it btw - looks very unprofessional).
In short, I am not getting any of the things beyond the core game: no Cerberus and armor codes, no soundtrack and other DDE goodies. I also can find no way of contacting anyone about this. I hope someone here at Bioware (or one of the forum visitors) can direct me to the right place where I can at least report the problems I am having.
