Problems with digital deluxe edition and eastore/customer service

First of all, sorry for posting here, but it is the only option I can think of right now to report my problems with ME2 Digital Deluxe Edition (DDE).

I preordered the DDE edition at eastore.com, and this Monday I received an auto-generated mail stating that the game was ready for preload. The mail also stated I would receive another mail with the codes for Cerberus Network and armor sets within 84 hours. These 84 hours have long since passed, but I still have received no codes at all. Moreover, I was only able to download the game: none of the DDE content like soundtrack and artbook have been available for me.

I thought the natural thing to do was to contact customer service. I live in the Netherlands, and when I go to eastore.com I automatically get directed to the Dutch version of the EA store site. On that site it is completely impossible for me to contact customer service! The link I think I should click only mistakenly redirects to some general/main page, which has no info at all on customer service or how to reach them (the Dutch word for 'customer service' has a huge, silly spelling error in it btw - looks very unprofessional).

In short, I am not getting any of the things beyond the core game: no Cerberus and armor codes, no soundtrack and other DDE goodies. I also can find no way of contacting anyone about this. I hope someone here at Bioware (or one of the forum visitors) can direct me to the right place where I can at least report the problems I am having.

I'm having the exact same problem as you have, allthough I live in Belgium. You can find the soundtrack & art & comicbook in your ME2 folder, under the "Bonus" folder, though. No Cerberus-codes, sadly...

Look in the Mass Effect 2\\Bonus\\ folder for the extra material anyway, the codes I can't say anything about.

My recommendation should be what I did. Call your country's EA support branch. Emailing doesnt seem to help, but one on one talk usually does.

I tracked down some numbers for you on EAs homepage.

Thanks a lot for your help people. Unfortunately, I don't seem to have a bonus folder either. Will try the phone number Gebut found, and hope these people can do something.

Well, I managed to call them, and they said they have to check with the EA main offices to see what happened. They didn't seem to be able to do anything there myself, just took notes about what the problem was and promised to mail me back as soon as they find anything out. Afraid this will take a long while still to get fixed, but maybe I'll get lucky.

Same problem here. Im from italy i can download the game , bonus content but mail to acces cerberus network and dlc not arrived yet.

I tel. ea store italy and they tell me write a mail and rest in wait..... terrible support!!!

This is so annoying. You buy something and do not get it, ok. Mistakes happen. But you can't even communicate clearly over these problems to get them solved. Well, I will report here whenever things get fixed :/

It does not work 24-7 but it is pretty much the only way you will have to get it solved. It also disconnects after getting to the end of the wait time for the stupid reason of : no agents are available. Just don't give up.
