 Can anyone tell me how I'm supposed to link my gamertag to this account I've just created? I'm trying to download the CE Collectors Armour, I came to this site like the card instructed and tried to create an account. It told me my e-mail was already in use, fair enough, I took a guess at the password and it turns out I do already have an account, great. So I click redeem code, entered the code but for some reason nothing is showing up in game. When I came back here I noticed it says 'none' next to Gamertag. Am I supposed to link the accounts before entering the code or something? I just tried following that help video a few posts up and when I get to the persona part on EA.com it says my gamertag is already taken.

I'm confused, can anyone help?



(I just want to say this whole thing is ridiculous, tiresome and has put me off ever buying an EA Collectors Edition ever again. Why the hell you couldn't just include a code to redeem on the LIVE dashboard like every other game on the system I don't know)

I know what you mean, this whol experience has seriously put me off from desiring to purchase another collectors edition/special edition of any future released games under the EA banner.



This whole process is ****ing bull****, they should have just released all the DLC the same way every other game does/

Goto https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do under select a default persona choose add persona and input your Xbox Live info there

If it says that name is already in use it can be fixed but welcome to EA support hell.
