-Aliens don't speak English. Your translation computer translates everything they say into the language of the version of the game you're playing.

-As far as guns go, by "ME1 had tons" I assume you mean "tons" of CRAP. Having a million versions of the same two guns that only slightly differ in stats by tier is not variety. ME2 actually had weapons that behaved differently from one another and is thus the better system. Choosing whether you prefer the Claymore or the Scimitar, or choosing between the Avenger and Vindicator, is a far more important decision than deciding between Generic VII and Boring VII.

-It's a hell of a lot more of an RPG than ME1. Having to waste a bunch of points on minor bonuses does not an RPG make. I'd rather spend 4 points to turn Overload into an electrical hellstorm from which there is no escape than spend 4 points for an extra 80 shielding any day.

-Your point about squad customization is the only real valid concern here. It irked me, too. But, I'm sure they'll put it in for ME3. The people who don't want to customize their squaddies won't care, and the people who want to customize squaddies will be very vocal, so the vocal ones will probably win out.

I had made a suggestion on Planet Scanning.

When you go to the planet and begin scanning there is a grid that moves from north to south, So while you are scanning and turning the planet why not have the scanner briefly and randomly highlight area's were minerals are to scan.

Not much like many RPGs ive played look at ME1 open areas to explore this was far to linear, take fallout or trusty deus x both shooter RPGs. RPG's should be very customiseable and open, something this is lacking.

Im not saying the old methods were the best far from it BUT they could have done more than just take it away why not have those "generic VII and Boring VII" but allow you to combine tech to make a badass prototype better things could have been done. I mean a max of 2 to three weapons on each class come on that is just sad and there are no stats to even let you see which you would like before using it.

I believe everyone is using universal translators, thus it sounds as if everyone is speaking a language you understand. :)

Would be hilarious if Volus spoke with an american accent from Mississippi though! :D

"Got a Ring in 'ere Last Night!" :D

thats what I was thinking. they could at least make it a point to show Shep wearing an earpiece...or something similar.

My minor Cons for this game are:

2.The two faces of my teammates on my ass whenever im walking around....was that really necessary to include? Like i dont know which teammates are with me? I understand the necessity for it in combat where it shows their cooldowns and health....but when its non-combat?

OH YES!!! The first time I noticed that I started laughing.  Just not right.

My biggest problem is trying to find some Quest NPCs. It's nice when the journal says to meet Aria at the Afterlife in Omega. I can find him pretty easily. It's just when they say go talk to "Quest Npc". And Don't give a location as to where they could be located. I get it that they are on the Planet, but either adapt the Objective system with an "Active Quest" ability to point you in the right direction or bring back flagging the quest NPCs on the map

If you go to the map there is a tab under each place telling you go here to help whom ever until you get to the right planet. Then you might be on your own, but I've played through the whole game and never had a real problem finding anyone. It may not tell you who to talk to but it tells you where to go. I like this because if they do its no better then having the guide telling you what to do. And I don't know about anyone else but that's boring!!! Why not just let the game play itself. I paid 60+ dollars. I want as much fun as I can get.

If you downloaded Me1 bring down the sky, there's a new codex that says why you can understand all aliens, and that most speak in their own language it just translates for you. This was a new codex because the Batarians in a couple cut-scenes you can't understand them, because they're languge isn't fully deciphered cause they pulled out of citadel space after they felt humans invaded they're land and got more opportunities than them, or somethin to that degree
