Seriously though, there was probably an error when you registered your account. I could not find anywhere within the forum framework to change your age. Temporarily, you can put in an alternate e-mail account of your own, or otherwise contact ea.com via support.ea.com and "E-mail Us" or the live chat if you want to try to fix this in the long term.

Cheers. I've also searched this system for my details and have been unable to find it.
