Hi there,

I used my Mass Effect 2 Digital Collector code to download and install the game via EA Downloader.
All fine.
I then registered the game and the bonus code on the Bioware Social Network.
All fine: managed to download and install the contents.

Now it's 29th and I decide to play the game: the game asks for my EA account and I log in. Then it asks for my activation code: I put it in and... ALREADY USED. I just cannot play the game.
Please someone help me with this...

I'll add: in the "register game" window Mass Effect 2 PC lists "remove registration" so it seems it IS registered and linked to my account... Still the game does not start and if I try to use my activation code it says it's already used. How can I open a formal support ticket? Tnx again

Your activation code is, I believe, different from your registration code. Did you not receive an e-mail with your activation code?

Tnx Eurypterid. I had an e-mail with three codes: Activation, Cerberus e Digital Deluxe Items.

I used the Activation also for registering the game on this site, on this account.
