Great game... I am going to have to replay ME1 and all the side quests just to see how much impact it has
in ME2! Love it...

Now the only thing I am wanting to know is... is there a way to turn off
"Press and hold (F) to end the mission"

because it is getting in the way of convertaions when you can converse once a mission is finished....

Other then that... great game!

I just completed the game and
Lost one squadmate
all of the normandy crew

Can you save the normandy crew or not? I waited a while before going to get them?
Also is it possible to complete the game without losing anyone?

Did anyone notice an error when your in the collectors base and they come at you on the hoverboards, one gets stuck at the end..  I saw a green light with a zombie on it.

Other than that great game!!!

P.S did anyone shoot conrad verner? :)

-Unfortunately you cant turn it off. Are by chance you referring to Tali’s loyalty mission?

All the lame pop-ups you see (probing, inviting a love interest to your cabin and the end of mission ones are just a few) in this game are more than a little annoying.

There's no way to turn it off, and the ME1 choices have very little impact

@ megatron999
Yes, it's possible to save everyone even the crew, just do everything logically

EDIT: Damn, I just saw this thread is over a month old

Actually there is a way to turn off hints if you are a PC gamer. It involves modding and I recommend you look at the Modding is Possible thread to see how to do it. But what you are searching for in the Coalesced.ini file is SFX.BioHintSystemBase. From there change m_bEnabled=True to false.

In my game I choose not to go and resuce everyone at first in order to gain extra upgrade. This involved endlessley scanning planets etc...

what upgrades do i need to keep my team from dying? I only lost legion and I really liked him. I don't want Tali to die she is cool!!!

You need to upgrade your ship's shields, weapons and armour.

Other than that, most other upgrades (especially the NPC-specific ones) have been said to "boost" your team members' chances of surviving the final mission.

Ask in the spoiler forums.  You will need to register your game to post there.

Delay the IFF mission and you won't lose the crew, since you've got time to do 1 max 2 missions before they're gone (probably, I've never lose it yet).. as for the squadmates, all relies upon upgrades, loyalty and theyr affinity with the role you let them have :P

I'm doing a second go on Insanity and noticed when you upload your ME2 character you get more squad points. will that help?

Delaying the IFF mission is the best thing to do. I also noticed when i redid the final mission that if you put a not loyal squad mate on your team he dies.
