Every load takes atleast 1 minute, sometimes 2 or 3. Is this true for everyone or just me? I thought long load times went away with ps1. Thanks.

I have the same problem which seems to affect some dual core processors. Start the game but do not load a save. Open task manager (alt ctrl del) and go to processes tab and click the 'Show all processes' button (Vista) and right click masseffect2.exe and change affinity to core 1 (only have 1 core enabled). Your load times should now be normal, Hopefully it gets patched.

I was having the same problem. Setting the core affinity seems to have cleared it up. Thanks.

Thanks a lot. I thought my hardware was broken but using only one core helps. I hope they fix this soon.
