- A number of (mis-)information messages are simply confusing. For instance, if you attempt to view a project's file list when only group members have permission to see it (and you're not a member), you will be told that there are no files. It would be better if it said that you don't have permission to view the list, regardless of whether there are any files. I can compile a list (here?) of any such messages I come across if that's desired.
- Changes on one page should not take you to a different page. Examples include editing a post, sending you to the first page of that thread, or updating the filters on the What's New pages, sending you to user home.
- In builder network, the list of tutorials should either be left-aligned or have the bullets removed. Some left/right padding inside the bottom box would also be good.
- Make the URLs in email notifications clickable.
- Comment boxes make mention of very limited HTML tag support. If it's still supported it should be removed in favour of BBCode. There's no point in having both and 1) BBCode is safer/smoother, and 2) I'm positive more people are familiar with BBCode than HTML. Additional tags would also be sweet:
- Voicing support for a parameterized code tag. A code tag for each individual language will just start to get confusing.
- A noparse tag to make it easier to insert BBCode tags in normal text (like to illustrate the use of a given tag).
- A "spoiler" tag.
- Maybe an underline tag.
- Depending on what you envision for the blogs, center
and strikethrough(yay strikethrough!) tags could also prove useful. Strikethrough is great for to-do lists, too.
- If font colours are kept, limit the colour value to a set of fixed values that work with the background.
- Formating should be handled the exact same way in forums and group discussions. This seems like a no-brainer to me but I haven't actually seen any mention of it in here yet, so I'm including it for good measure.
- All indicator icons should have title attributes to explain what they actually mean. It seems the forums are covered for this but none of the activity icons (also featured on profile page) are.
- The moderator list in forum home is illegible. It also seems out of place there but I have no better suggestions for where to put it. Maybe at the bottom of the forum category?
- The layout of the general forum should more closely follow traditional forums (like group discussion boards do).
- Limit posts per page to 15 or 20 or provide an option for users to switch. 30 post is a lot to scroll through just to get from the top to the bottom.
- The quote box layout needs some work. The source doesn't stand apart from the quote and I'm also sorely missing a timestamp -- I very much like to be able to backtrack through threads. Dotted and dashed borders also cause some wonkiness, as illustrated by the picture. I'm inclined to suggest you just copy the BioBoards style, it's one of the best ones I've ever seen.
- Disable the IMG tag. In addition to my personal views they also increase page load time (with no regard for the user) and large images break the layout. I know that it's very useful when used correctly but I don't think that's enough of an argument. Torias also has a good point on offensiveness.
- More portraits! There are some really great ones on BioBoards that aren't available here. I have no real interest in using a character portrait (yet, anyway) and it seems I'm not alone in that. And I miss my dragon.

Also voicing my support for these suggestions.
