Every time I open a door to go into a boss fight Shepherd glitches and is hovering over the ground. I can't move because her head is stuck in the ceiling causing me to go back to my last save which is quite frustrating. I don't know why this is happening because my boyfriend hasn't had any problems and we use the same discs. Has anyone else had a problem like this or know how to fix it?
