I entered my code, signed into EA, chose Mass Effect 2, clicked on the Recon Helmet and then it tlls me to "click here" to redeem. I click and it brings to this site and the list of all my DLCs. The Recon Hood doesn't appear on the list. I tried to get the Sentry Visor and that failed too. Anyone know how to make this work. I ran out to 7/11 just to get this armor.

Not sure what your problem is it worked fine for me except im waiting for EA to link my gamertag POS EA.

I was able to download everything else just fine. This sucks. Maybe they'll be on the marketplace soon. What a waste of money.

this is some bull shi i tried to sign up with drpepper.com to get my promo code to work and the web site doesn't work. i feel like i just got robbed. they need to fix this soon or there will be trouble for drpepper

Settle down, ahmad. Why not channel that anger into something a bit more useful and notify the Dr Pepper people? The "help center" link at the bottom of their page is there for that. I figure if enough of us report the problem, they'll get someone to look into that much more quickly.

I've had this very same problem happen to me. Tried it three times now.

How many pieces of Dr. Pepper related DLC are there for ME2? I don't drink Dr. Pepper, but is every bottle is a winner? If so, do you get to pick what DLC you want? Then I will buy some just to get the DLC.

I'm sorry but this makes no sense. "there will be trouble for Dr. Pepper?" Hahahaha, that is extremely unlikely. Also, stating that you "feel you just got robbed." How old are you? It's $1.30 for one code. You get a good drink and a code for a DLC. Quit whining and go buy another drink, enjoy it and enter the code properly this time.

Yeah, I'm having a similar problem. i sign into the Dr pepper website. enter the promo code and answer their three questions and when I click Submit it just takes me to a page that says I've reached an Error but no other explanation other than that. I emailed support but this was just a little while ago. Lets hope they get back to me. I mean that Recon Hood looks pretty awesome.

3 is all I've seen every bottle is a winner and you get to pick what you want and from 3-4 games including Mass Effect 2, Sims 3, and not sure when but saw something about Bad Company 2 somewhere.

i talked to dr pepper on the phone today, and they said they were not help center, and took all the info. They said they would send it to them and call me back with any findings. If they really call back I will be surprised. Even though they probably wont do anything, the lady actually makde me feel taken care of, lol. wow never felt taken care of by customr support and nothing happened. hahaha they need to give that chick a raise, shes good.
