I had the very same thing happen to me yesterday as what happened to xSHAD0WENx. I entered 3 seperate codes yesterday for all 3 items and I got nothing. I tried again later in the evening with 3 new codes and it worked for some reason. Now if I could just get tech support to give me my Terminus Gear. Response within 24 hours? Yeah, right!

I've tried six times with six different codes and received nothing. yes, I'm doing it correctly but nothing shows up on the Bioware site. nice promotion.

did not receive terminus armor or weapon and also received only one of my dr.pepper promo items. used three different codes and received only the first choice i made. all of the dlc appears in my bio ware account but only three things actually downloaded to my 360: Normandy: crash site, zaeed character, and recon helmet from dr.pepper promo

Are you sure you don't have the same problem I and many others had (your gamertag linked to an old EA account), not sure if that would be it but could I guess.  Also I think there is a code history on drpepper.com that list the codes you input and says prize awarded or not so if it doesn't work one day try the next.  Has worked for me every time except when DrPepper site was down last weekend and it wouldn't let me sign in.

No thats not it i checked all that and keep going back in to try it again from the code history and it never shows up.  thanks though.

Yeah i'm having the same problem as well. Signed in, inserted the code, went to finalized redemption, signed into bioware/ea (the one linked to my gamertag), took me to the bioware DLC page... No Dr. Pepper add-ons to be found .

I just want my DLC. Hopefully they address this and don't try to sweep it under the rug.
