First time I am doing a tech or combat themed character and wondering what I should do for Talents as well as a good party (thinking Garrus + Wrex)

Also what level do you get the second specialization? (I forgot from my last character)

I salute your bravery. For the second question, at level 25 you get the message from Hackett (is that how you spell his name?), and for the first... you're gonna be needing that Sniper Rifle, so I'd say invest in it as early as possible, along with hacking/sabotage to limit the amount of return fire you'll be taking. Also, DO NOT put HE or Sledgehammer Rounds in your AR... I assume you knew that, but the warning always helps anyway.

This is the build I prefer for Infiltrators

Pistols - 12
Sniper Rifles - 12
Tactical Armor - 8
Fitness - 12
Decryption - 9
Electronics - 9
Damping - 12
Hacking - 12
Commando - 12
Spectre Training - 4

Hacking as a bonus is really where it's at because so many of their abilities are tech mines the cool down bonus helps a lot. As for squadmates Wrex and Liara is by far the most effective combo. Garrus is actually very squishy since he lacks any defensive talent other than Electronics and his tech abilities are fairly redundant when you are playing an Infiltrator. Liara's Biotic crowd control, particularly Singularity are incredibly useful since they bring the ability set Infiltrators lack. Plus with barrier (and electronics) she is actually pretty tough to kill.

You can get the Rogue VI assignment which unlocks the specialization class at level 20.

Thanks for the suggestions I guess Wrex and Liara will be my party then and definitely using Sniper Rifles considering the tactic of head shotting will be my main sneak ability

Don't bother with headshots, ME1 doesn't have hitzones. Just aim for the torso at the lower levels, same damage, lower chance of you missing with all that wobbling around.
