I had a pretty easy time doing everyone's side missions. Miranda was really starting to grow on me as I had helped her with her sister.

Jack, through conversation was starting to come around to, so we did Jack's mission. For a split second they were both loyal.

Then the fight. It all happend so fast, I hardly remember what I was chosing or -why/what- they were -really- fighting about?!

So no Miranda will -not- talk to me, civily at least. I am not sure how to fix it. I have a ton of Paragon, and yeah, I ahve made some RED Choices now and then, I am not a complete pansy; but do I really need 100% to turn Miranda around? What is a good way to increase your Paragon?

I hear there is another choice like this later that I can screw up Tali's loyalty, how do I avoid that?! I love Tali.

Also people are talking "you need to do X, Y, Z, before the end of the game": Does going after the IFF kick off then end of the game?

Hopefully -you- all can avoid these mistakes.

Well first did you tell one of them you love them? after that it closes off romances and once they are both loyal you really dont need to talk to them again. So thats the deal. If you didnt say you loved one or the other try doing a few missions and come back to talk to her. see if shes willing to talk.

No, I haven't fallen in love with either of them. I don't really see how that addresses any of the issues I asked about.

Jack won't talk to me because she doesn't want to joint he "girl's club" and Miranda won't talk becasue she is pissed and I don't really know why her and Jack were fighting to begin with.

The were fighting because Miranda refused to admit that Cerberus was wrong in doing what they did to Jack. If you side with one or the other rather than telling them both to just let it stop for now, who ever you sided against will no longer be loyal... and there is no way to change it back.

NO way to change it back? Also is Jack a romance option for Shepard? I never really considered it before, but If I put my ass on the line and "lost" Miranda as a result; the least she could do is give me some snuggle time. ;)

Also, does doing the IFF kick off the end-game?

Yes there is a way to change it, at least I know for sure for Miranda. I took Jack's side and Miranda was pretty pissed. However, I got my Paragon up pretty high after that (past the last line on the bar) and then I talked to Miranda again. At that point there was a paragon option telling Miranda to be the better woman and she was loyal to me again.

There is a persuade option when they fight that will allow one to avoid the issue. Also, if you side with Jack, and then talk to Miranda, there is a persuade option to convince her everything is okay.

If you missed or ignored these options, then you may well be stuck. Which would be rough, since you may end up with one or both characters not being loyal to you.

Yes there is. The same thing happend to me. I simply sided with Jack because I felt it was the right thing. So I tried talking to Miranda after the fight and she was understandably pissed. So I went and talked to Jack, then came back and talked to Miranda and asked if we could talk and when she tried to shoot me down I chose the blue fonted " Be the better woman." And so everything was fixed.

Point? Fixable.

Alright champs, then is there an -easy- way to raise your Paragon? Or do I need to just keep grinding missions and make "Blue" choices?

I already have alot, and am MUCH more Paragon that Renegade.

Also does the IFF kick off the start of the end-game?

So, then the Omega 4 relay is the "no turning back point"?

*Go you get to "Romance" Jack as FemShep?

*What are some -easy- ways to raise Paragon?

the iff doesnt kick off the end game, the end game starts when you choose "begin suicide mission"

No, but once you have the IFF the end is soon.

Edit: Easy way to raise Paragon? Talk to people and choose the nice choices.

Apparently the IFF DOES kick off a countdown timer to force the ending apparently... Things start to happen and people start to die... Not saying anymore.

Once you have the IFF, if you go an activate Legion and get his loyalty quest, the game defaults back into normal mode. You can travel around and do N7 missions and such.

If you don't activate Legion and get his quest, then the next sequence triggers right away when you try to access the galaxy map.

So: Lastly, is Jack ever a romance option for FemShep?

So, you have to have 100% Paragon to talk Miranda into not being a ****, after she has gone to stew in her quarters?

I don't know about 100% but if not, it has to be pretty damn high. 75% isn't enough.

I honestly didn't know this was such an issue. I went through the game being paragon, but making a few renegade choices and doing a few renegade interrupts, but after the Jack loyalty mission I was able to choose the paragon choice to get them both to cool it.

3 bars paragon and mine was greyed out.  I have to ****** off one of them.

Kinda irked me to be honest.

I ended up respeccing my class skill to the one that gave more +% Paragon/Renegade, and was able to convince Miranda to calm down. Respecced afterwards to my old spec. I had pretty high Paragon, but it wasn't quite enough, the respec put me up to 100%. Worth a try if you are close, and are specced into the lesser % Paragon ability.

It starts a timer.  When that timer expires, your crew gets kidnapped.  After that, the longer you screw around, the worse the ending will be.
