which criteria did you Bioware used
for creating the Demons?
Rage Demon is pretty obvious (a creature of
fire and lava, since one of the expressions associated with rage is "to
burn with rage"), just like Desire Demon (an androgynous being, in this
case more female than male, even though I cross my fingers for a male
version in order to have the pair succubus-incubus, which evokes the
idea of lust and, of course, desire).
I am puzzled for Hunger and Sloth
demon (which have no form in Dragon Age, I seem to recall), while I
believe I do not fully understand Pride Demon (a big beast, perhaps?
Little Prince reference?).
can we expect in Awakening to see their "true forms"? and some other demon perhaps?

Pride and sloth seem to me just like generic 'demons.' Sort of macabre and creepy-looking, with all the exposed muscles and whatnot.
IIRC, though, don't hunger demons have a large mouth where their stomach should be? That one is pretty clear.

It basically spawns from 7 deadly sins. wrath, greed, sloth, pride, lust(desire), envy, and gluttony(Hunger). Though some don't really seem to mirror their name. Since DA:O only has 5 of them I kinda wonder if the other 2 will be Awakenings.
