My "Rock and a Hard Place" achievement is still locked for some reason, I am not getting the points from it. Is there any reason for this?

 Yeah I've been looking around on if there's anything I need to do to unlock Rock and a Hard Place as well.
With my luck, they'll say "you have to unlock another achievement".

My perfectionist achievement unlocked when I loaded up the correct file but the Shale thing isn't quite registering. I have 54 of 55 achievements according to Xbox, thanks to the gliiitch.
