Does unlocking achievements grant a bonus like in the first game? if so is there a list somewhere that says what gives what?

I think only the Long Service achievement does. When you start a new game with it you get like 5% more exp and 50,000 of each resource. (You may want to check my numbers, I'm just going off the top of my head)
