I am having some problems with the bonus content but my game
activated fine (digital deluxe edition).  The first time I ran the game I
was able to download the bonus content but every subsequent time I have been
prompted with the screen to buy Cerberus access.  Just wondering if this is
related to something on the BioWare/EA side or is there something I have
missed.



I forgot to mention that the Cerberus connection in the game (the terminal on
the right of the menu) seems to function correctly.



Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

As confusing as it was, I've found where to download the bonus content again,

It's a shame this site is so painful to navigate, getting ME1 patch and the pinnacle station addon downloaded was equally difficult.

The link to download DLCs from the game wasn't working.
