Meer recorded lines for an M/M romance with Kaidan, and it was believable. He doesn't have to talk in a lisp =p

I have to agree. Gay=/=Flamoyant and Feminine and YAAAYY SHOPPING. I can contest to that. I modded my ME1 to have the M/M romances with the pre-recorded dialogue. It was VERY believable. I know of more masculine gays than I do flamboyant.

I can only hope for Mass Effect 3 with some DLC content afterwards for the other 2 games.

I don't know if we can say *for sure* that he was. We only have the word of one person from Bioware who said he wasn't absolutely sure.

This is just plain wrong. In ME1 I found myself accidentally romancing Ashley, and in ME2 it was even worse.

The ME games practically force the player into any and every romance option there is. I played a femshep once and when she said to Jacob "I just want to talk" she might as well have added "big boy" on the end.

Because people tend to care about fairness, even if they're not personally involved. I'm in the same boat as Kyandid and completely agree with him. Personally, I'll not play an M/M romance in ME, but I could scream at the unfairness of ot all, especially because there is no single even remotely convincing reason for it except consideration for completely irrational sensibilities and people screaming foul about things that aren't their business. Why do *they* care, that's the more pertinent question! Why, if they don't need to ever play an M/M romance, are they offended by its mere existence?
