For some reason, I thought almost every store got the code for the armor if you pre-ordered from it (with Gamestop getting some extra special stuff).  Unfortunately, it seems I was wrong.  So can I ask: what stores did get the pre-order bonus, and am I correct that buy.com was not one of them?
