IF you try to purchase from Gamestop - and ANY error occurs they will recharge your
account numerous times everytime you try again.. YOU get nothing back in return in mail
and the reason is , is GAMESTOP does not handle their own MOney transactions on the
internet it is run by a company called TRYMEDIA  They do not have any sort of customer
service to speak of .. they send you a mail we dont have record of your transaction
and have still billed you on your bank acct.  SO DO NOT TRUST THEM I tried to call
and they have NO ONE TO talk to they take MESSAGES or EMAILS and give you no
results NO code for the game was recieved and do not take give ANY TRUE customer
support... NOW This is nothign to do with bioware this is a company you buy
games from IF YOU GO into the store im sure you can jsut get a copy but NEVER order
from their ONLINE thats a warning for you avid gamers.
DO not trust this company I am turning them in to better business bureau as well.
for SHODDY transaction.
They tried to bill me 11 times get that.. 63.94 and say they have no record?
give me a break.. sounds like fraud to me.

Yeah, same problem here. I see on Gamestops digital download store that I have ordered two copies of Mass effect 2, one of which i definitely paid for, but the other one is pending. I'm going to be pissed if they actually do charge me for that second order.

Good to know gothyia thanks, I won't touch gamestop in that case. I am also quite wary of digital downloading in general when downloading a bioware game, I'm just going to go buy hardcopy I think in the future...

advise to you ugalum is to contact gamestop and talk to your bank right away. if you hit purchase moer then 2 times you may get charged more and if you ask to talk to superviser at gamestop they will put in an incident to the escalation dept.. this should not be allowd to keep happening to people but im sure it has .. if 2 of us out of thousands of ppl ordering..

Low and behold trymedia called back and said that box that comes up as not processed can mean card denied or such (tho no idea why since my bank had money) I just think their system is HEAVILY flawed and this will no doubt cause many people not to order from gamestop ever again.

Get your bank to remove the charges and dont deal with them again.

I had trouble with them too honestly for ME2. Different issues mind you, but I definitely won't be preordering from them in the future.
