OK, so I redeemed my code, but don't have my Gamertag linked to it. I can't link it when it asks. I checked the tutorial, it says
"Sorry, that XBOX Live Gamertag is already in use"
If I can't get my Terminus armor I'm returning the game because then I pre-ordered it to run into an overcomplicated and frustrating redemption system. Why couldn't it be like everything else where we redeem it off the XBOX?
REALLY NEED HELP

I had lots of trouble too, there were problems with the bioware website. I came back and tried an hour or so later and it worked...

Have you even looked round the forums? There are tons of people having this problem.
Email EA on the support page of your account and they should sort it
