Bioware has mentioned they have patch 1 in lockdown, meaning they wont add anything new to it.
They have also mentioned an eventual second patch down the road, with a possibility of fixing the game stuttering on single cores.

Not every problem can be fixed with a patch. Might be a problem on your side and no patch will ever be able to fix that.
Patches usually only fixes problems which are common to many people and can even be resolved in the game. If there's something wrong with your hardware or Windows installation, there's nothing Bioware can do about it.
