 Hi,

I didn't see a thread with this exact same problem so I started a new one.
I pre-ordered Mass Efffect Digital Deluxe Edition for PC from GamersGate but I didn't get the Inferno Armor when I redeemed my codes.
Let me describe what I did so you can point out if I did anything wrong:

• I installed the game and run it for the first time.
• I was asked to login with my EA account which I did and I was prompted to enter my serial number. I entered the serial GamersGate gave me which looked like this: 1111-2222-3333-4444-5555 and was labeled as "serial" in my GamersGate account.
• The game started and I was asked to enter my Cerberus Network code. I didn't know which one of the 2 promo codes GamersGate gave me was the Cerberus code because they were labeled as "serial 2" and "serial 3" but I went ahead and wrote the first one ("serial 2"). Both of them looked like this: 1111-2222-3333-4444
• The code was recognized and I was granted access to Cerberus Network so I exited the game to start downloading my free DLC.
• I went to http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php and redeemed my second promo code ("serial 3") and the page said the registration was successful.
• I went to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php and downloaded all the DLC in the list which included:
  
  • Collectors' Weapon and Armor
  • Incisor Sniper Rifle
  • Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network)
  • Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)
• After all that I installed everything, run the game again and played until the part just before meeting the Illusive Man. I check the armor rack and I have the N7 Armor and the Collector's Armor available to try on but not the Inferno Armor.

So my questions are:

• Did GamersGate forgot to send me an additional promo code or should the Inferno Armor have unlocked with one of the codes I redeemed already?
• If I'm not missing a promo code then who should I contact, GamersGate or Bioware/EA? I'm positive my purchase was a pre-order.
• Does anybody from Bioware can confirm that GamersGate was going to give the Inferno Armor to those who pre-ordered? They advertised that they would but I'd like confirmation.

I already went ahead and contacted their support but I'm awaiting a better answer from them because the first one was just a copy/paste from the how to get the bonus content.
It would be nice if somebody from Bioware could provide assistance or instructions of what should I do.

I don't know the answer to question 3, but for question 1: yes, I believe it's a separate code.

Question 2: contact GamersGate.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have the DDE too then?

Can anybody who pre-ordered the DDE can confirm that you are supposed to receive 3 promo codes? (format 1111-2222-3333-4444. Do not confuse with the serial number for the game).

There was a similar thread so i just copied my post from there:

Depending on your country, store and date of order your digital deluxe should contain up to 5 keys.

Also upon successful registration of a promo key you should get text in green not red colour. If you had a text in red saying that your key had already been redeemed (but not by you) that means that you need to contact game or store support and get another key.


Available armors can be viewed after intro and escape from facility (during brief moment before you meet with Ilusive Man you'll stumble across armor rack) and available weapons later in the game, when you get to your ship. Also you should know that if your character cant use sniper or assault rifles you wont be able to see them until you get squad member who can. Makes me wonder why was it so hard to add an inventory screen.

To clarify even more:

1xKey for the game itself
1xKey for Cerberus (this grants zaeed and normandy crash site)
1xKey for Terminus armor pre-order only
1xKey for Inferno armor pre-order only
1xKey for Collector armor and Assault Rifle and Incisor Rifle

Thank you. That's all I needed to know; now I can ask GamersGate for an additional code that they forgot to give me.

Initially I thought that a single key was used to unlock the Collector armor and Assault Rifle,Incisor Rifle, and the Inferno Armor.
