I'm trying to beat the game with all crew members alive but at the end Jack was the only one to die. I left her to guard the gate with everyone else while I fight the last boss and my question this. Since I have a auto save to restart the ending mission and bring Jack with me to fight the last boss will she survive?

You may need to put more resources into Biotic and Shotgun research, cause that happened to me too.

Don't pick Jack to lead a squad. You need a leader. Miranda or Garrus should lead your secondary teams. Always.

Jacob makes a good leader for your secondary teams as well (ex military -- elite unit).
