Didn't actually try it, but the Dark Star lounge on the Citadel might work. There's also probably somewhere in Afterlife on Omega.

Hmm I am not sure. I remember you could do that in ME1 at the club on the Citadel, but in ME2, there are only two (that I know of) places you can actually dance (Afterlife and the club on the Citadel) but you don't dance with anyone in your party.

You can't. The only "dance" with an LI is if you choose noone then Kelly gives you the option in your quarters.

the people on the live chat before release said you can dance with your LI or i might have heard wrong.
