The Krogan who talk about fish also remind me of the way America treats Muslims.

And the Asari's who are stuck at security because they are on the Geth infiltrator watch list also seems to be poking fun at the Government having a 8 year old on a terrorist watch list.

By eating them? Or did the fish blow up the twin towers...

Aha... The fish pray 5 times a day... No?

I see no connection.

How does a Krogan wanting to eat fish from a space-pond translate to how America treats Muslims?  I dont get that "easter egg".

Another Easter-Egg I found, you can ask Mouse for the Shepard VI.

(paraphrased heavily)
"They wont let me in because they think I'm a safety hazard..."
"They think all krogans are safety hazards!"

Krogans are predisposed to be volatile.  Mordin even says so. The Codex even says so. Heck, even the Krogans admit it.

Anyways, you've made your case, lets get back to easter egg huntin or else the thread might get lockblocked. :P

Another Easter egg I THINK might exist: Bring Miranda and Jack with you at the last mission where you take out Pants the human-reaper.  Since Miranda disobeys TiM, Jack might comment on it.

Another Easter egg: Bring Jacob and Miranda with you during Samara's Recruitment mission.  Talk to the Asari officer person and say not to follow the order of arresting Samara since she'll get killed.  Jacob and Miranda will then say something.

One of the Tupari adverts says that "only loosers drink Paragade".

Ha!  I didn't know someone put that in the game.  During development, the terms "paragon and renegade" came up quiet often as you would imagine.  In moments of fatigue, a few of us would accidently say "paragade and renegon".  I'm pretty sure I know which writer put that in, since I remember him saying something to the affect of "mmm, paragade.  That sounds refreshing."

I took Garrus for Grunt's loyality mission. His comment about the rites goes something like : "Can't we just take him to Omega and buy him a few dances?"

I'm not sure that alternative lines are considered "easter-eggs" (I mean bringing a certain squad mate to a certain assignment), but some of them are just too hilarious to be unquoted. Garrus was always a cool character, but in ME2 he reached a state of awesomeness almost equal to Joker's XD

Not sure if this was covered as I only recently discovered it on my second playthrough...

On the Asari world there is a rather rough looking bartender matriarch....Talking to her a bit will allow you to buy a drink from the kiosk. Select the Mystery Drink then talk to the bartender again and she will look like a younger hotter asari (Beer Goggles). I thought it was a glich at first, but I thought it was kind of funny. She still has the voice that sounds like she has smoked about a carton of cigs a day, however.

Shes also most likely Liara's other mother.

She says something to the effect of "hundred or so years ago I birthed an asari pureblood, didn't work out in the end"

Really? NO ONE got this one?

On Miranda's loyalty mission you take an elevator up to Dock 94... as in Docking Bay 94 from Star Wars: A New Hope

In the Bar in Illium, talk to the Matriarch... pay attention at her. Then, drink the "mysterious" stuff and talk to her again...

You'll notice how alcohol still makes people preetier, lol.

Ok seriously, did anyone else think she looked better before the mystery drink "beer goggles"?

Too much makeup I think.

Also something extra people might not have picked up on...

"Insincere indorsement: You have not experienced Shakespeare, until you've experienced it in Elcor."

This is perhaps a reference to Star Trek VI which had the famous line:
"You have not experienced Shakespeare until you have read it in its original Klingon text."

but i'm not sure, just about everytime i run across a heavy mech, i'm to busy ducking behind something to hear what its saying

I don't know why, but when I read the description of the planet Parnassus, I was reminded a lot of Star Wars Episode 2.

Who got the idea to put FEBO snack vending machines in the game? Is there a Dutch guy on the team or is someone just a FEBO fan? I saw a screenshot before I started playing the game and I thought someone photoshopped it, but it's really there XD

On Mirandas loyalty mission you have a conversation in an elevator and the music from ME1 is playing. She also punches the console and says, "can this thing go any faster." It is a pretty serious scene to put to humorous Easter eggs in.

Talk to the Security Person when you first arrive at the Citadel with Legion in your party (The one that's doing the screening).  Ask her about the Heavy Security and the dialog kills me.

On Horizon when the freaked out mechanic starts screaming about how the collectors took most of the colony and starts going through names, he mentions someone named Sten lol. (DA: O reference)

If you guys know some alternative Dialogue in the game when you bring different characters to different missions, post em here. Those are easter eggs in my book. I totally missed Garrus' comment about Grunt's Rite.

Easter Egg:

When Shep first wakes up, the first time he sees Jacob and

is supposed to trigger Pull on the meks, Jacob's Pull has NO cooldown! You can spam this and get easy progress towards that one achievement about combining biotic powers.

I got 9 pulls off on a single mek, within 2 seconds haha.

Another Easter Egg or reference, if you'd like... did any of you see the movie Network (was released in'76 as far as I know)?
If you did, take a tour in the Omega markets.

Awesome movie.
As for "Easter eggs," everyone knows about dancing legion by now right?

Ok, I'll add one more thing. You guys and gals probably already know that Joker was given idle quotes.

I'm not able to quote them all, so I encourage You all to visit him after every arrival on Normandy. He says 4 unique lines with few seconds intervals between them (they repeats sometimes). He sings, murmurs, talks to EDI, to Shepard, makes jokes about his dead mother too.

Also, he can give personal opinions about every team member you picked up as a last short-party. You just need to ask him about it after every return to the ship.

"Zaheed is like you, but takes checks" :)

The C-SEC Captain mentions "spending a year dead for tax purposes." In "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy." Rock star Hotblack Desiato actually does this (although I think it's actually mentioned in "The Restaurant at the End of the Universe).

Terminus might be a reference to well, Terminus, which is the home of the Foundation in Isaac Asimov's Foundation series.

I haven't looked through all 11 pages so perhaps someone brought it up already but in one of the stores on level 26 there is a couple discussing what to buy for their baby. This couple was in ME1 in the financial district (forgot the name of the sidequest) where you had to convince her to get treatment for her child. In ME2, the lady asks her brother which product to buy for the baby and the guy tells her something like

"I don't know maybe we should talk to a random person on the street and ask what they think" - probably talking about Shepard in ME1.
