I don't know if anyone else mentioned this...I looked through here and didn't see it. When you get in the vault door after getting dressed, Shep walks in and turns around in a familiar way. I can't place the scene but I want to say either Neo in the matrix or luke dressed as a storm trooper or something of that nature.

Very early in this thread, comments were made about announcements concerning Kaisumi on Illium. I've never heard anything about her there. Does anyone know what the OP's were talking about?

I don't know if this has been posted but if you shoot a shifty looking cow in the M44 during operation Overlord, the VI will say "Analysis, harmless herbivores are no match for guided missiles"

WAY before Kasumi was released, you could hear news reports on Illium about an Asari spectre chasing after Kasumi.

The three guys in the Bar at the Bachelor party.
If you listen all the way though... The whole conversation is hilarious but at the end.
Salarian: "I can understand why I might find an Asari attractive, but how can they be attractive to humans too? They look just like Salarians!"
Human: "What? They look exactly like us! I'm... I'm not seeing the Salarian thing at all. At all!"
Turian: "You're both wrong. Asari look just like Blue Turians. Look at the Head-Fringe!"
Human: "Wait. You don't think they're, like mind-controlling us to see them as attractive. Do you?"
I am pretty sure that classifies as an Easter Egg.

Possible Babylon 5 reference. Vorlons genetically altered younger species so that if any one actually met a Vorlon, the Vorlon would appear as a benevolent figure appropriate to each species.

Windows are structural weaknesses, Geth do not use them.

I personally loved hearing Bastila's voice during the Kasumi loyalty mission. Very easy to miss, though, and in fact, if you miss it cannot get the socialite to speak again. So it's a one time thing, at least as far as I know.

There's another B5 reference. When you first go to the flotilla one of the Quarians who meets you tells you an old ship captain's blessing which is almost exactly what Sheridan told his old friend about 'may God stand between you and harm, in all the dark places where you must walk'

And something I only just noticed, on Illium during Miranda's sidequest, the docking bay where Niket can be found is docking bay 94. If the ship had only been called the Millenium Falcon

this is a reference to grand theft auto using coffee as a way to get into the bedroom

I think my favorite is overhearing a convo at the game merchants, with a fan complaining about "how the new rpgs with their big decisions and furious combat are inferior to old school games where you needed to drink water to stay alive and had tons of inventory management to deal with." I felt as if Bioware was trying to say something.

It was "I wish they made role-playing games the way they used to.  These days are all about 'big choices' and 'visceral combat' (reference to Bioware games, lolol). I miss those old games where you had to remember to drink water, and it took five hours real time to fly somewhere (possible WoW reference?)".

Not so much WoW, but maybe other MMORPGs much much older.   Hmmm UO or EQ or was it that sci-fi Funcom game?  Can't rem exact details.

Probably been mentioned already but the best easter egg for me was the dancing turian on Thane's loyalty mission.

Nearly derailed my attention on the politician

Has anybody noticed that legion and the geth are a lot like the borg as they are connected via a hub a bit like the collective mind. Also they are not indviduals like the borg, the only difference I see are that the don't assimilate organic beings and they aren't partially organic.

On Tuchanka, the store owner has a varren. You get the options to "Pet (the varren)" or "Leave (the varren) alone."

classic DA:O moment.

If you do the mission for the store owner and then buy the meat from his store, the Varren follows you around and you can bet on him in the fighitng pit. If he loses he's gone though.

if he loses, he just gets injured and u can see the varren up in the medical area of tuchanka. the varren starts following you again if yo come back to tuchanka another time.

dont forget to punch the pyjak up there, too!

Any Firefly/Serenity fans out there?  I noticed a couple of subtle references:

When you first recruit Zaeed, he says something along the lines of "Let's be big damned heroes."

And the Blue Suns has to be a nod to the nefarious corporation/entity present in the Firefly 'verse.

just about all these are good...but I think about 75% of you need to learn the definition of what an "easter egg" is....a lot of these are not even close to easter eggs.

this woulda been better though if Zaeed was voiced by Baldwin (Kal'Reegar) though.

Admiral Xen is voiced by the same VA that voiced Morigan in DA:O (name?)

Claudia Black. The Admiral that wanted war witht he Geth is voiced by the same guy that did Loghain, as well.

And the third admiral on the panel (vas Qwib Qwib) is voiced by the same VO that did Avernus from Warden's Keep DCL.  A DAO trifecta.

Don't forget that Tali named her drone 'Chiktikka vas Paws' and one quote is 'Nothing's faster than Chiktikka vas Paws!"  Although... I am not completely sure the name is actually Chiktikka, but something very similar.  She says it very fast and then there's the accent....
