LOL, when EDI says Probing Uranus, she says it in such a lazy... unwilling voice, like they had to force the voice actor to do it under a gun... lol...

Wow these are lots of easter eggs! Great thread. Can someone explain me the space hamster reference? I never played Baldur's gate. You know, Boo go for the eyes? And tali telling her drone to go for the optics... Yeah, would be cool if someone cleared this up for me.

One of your party members Minsc had a miniature giant space hamster pet named Boo who he would tell to "Go for the eyes, Boo!" upon entering combat.  He'd also make several other humorous references to Boo in dialog.

You'd really have to play BG/BG2 to catch the humor of it.

Not sure if this was covered as I only recently discovered it on my second playthrough...

On the Asari world there is a rather rough looking bartender matriarch....Talking to her a bit will allow you to buy a drink from the kiosk. Select the Mystery Drink then talk to the bartender again and she will look like a younger hotter asari (Beer Goggles). I thought it was a glich at first, but I thought it was kind of funny. She still has the voice that sounds like she has smoked about a carton of cigs a day, however.

Ah, alright.

Btw, if they dont have a poop vent reference in ME3, I'll destroy Bioware

Also when I grow up I'll start a game company called Reaper Ware. It'll be the GENETIC LEGACY OF BIOWARE

"It's green."

Thank you, BioWare. There might be one in 100,000 that catch that ST giggle.

*Trekkie fistbump* Had to explain to my friends why I was grinning like a loon at that.

Also, when first recruiting Mordin, I reflected that it was probably a good thing that you had only human companions to begin with for the plague zone mission. New game+, and I remembered that I could grab Garrus first and see if anything different happens...annnd he gets sick. "You bring me to the nicest places, Commander."

I loved the Human, Salarian and Turian bacholer party. Also the Turian trying to say he likes the Quarian but her not getting the hints.

the entire turian-quarian conversation on illium felt like it was poking fun at the Tali-Garrus romance fanbase on the forums.

Sten is mentioned somewhere on the Citadel or Illium in a random conversation, can't remember what was said though

Bring him to Tali's recruit mission.

He mentions something about fighting in the shade since the sun messes with shields.

I'm not sure exactly what the mechs are saying. But both that and the fizzling burbles they make as they go down sound awfully familiar. Subliminal perhaps, but it brings to mind the protocol droids of System Shock 2.

I believe he says, "I'll fight in the shadows!  But I won't hide!"

I also thought Wrex's comment about crapping dark matter was a clear reference to Futurama

Don't get too excited, it also looks a lot like the ship that crashed in Jacob's loyalty mission.

Does this count as an Easter Egg?

Here goes: Krogan Poetry.Thats right. Close your ears and run for cover...

On Illium there is a distraught Krogan reciting poetry to his Asari love interest. It's pretty horrifying. Its on par with watching that colonist die from the collector pod.

Some awesome stuff so far that I missed.

I also noticed that some of the toilets in the bathrooms are marked "PP2".  Nothing wrong with a little schoolyard humor.

when does mordin say shep solves problems with music and booze?

I have noticed the ability to drink more this time around tho

I do not think it was a reference to Shepard 'solving problems' with music and booze.  It was a reference to mating rituals... in this case involving mood music and booze.  I'd have to play through again for the exact wording.
