Blue Sun mercenaries are a reference to the Blue Sun corporation from Firefly. One of your crewmen talks about a New Canton. Jack is sort of a reference to River. When you first meet Zaeed, he says that it's time to be "big god damn heroes."

Mordin's speech pattern seems to be based on William Shatner. It's just been sped up.

One of Jacob's battle cries is "get over here," which could be a reference to Mortal Kombat.

Actually its a reference to the Black Suns in star wars.

I've always thought of it as being a reference to both

Not sure if this is another easter egg, but I think other than the browncoats that Shepard has for the casual clothing... I reckon Miranda Lawson's first name - Miranda - is a planet in the TV series Firefly.

Well the Fenris mech is basically a robotic Half-Life hound-eye.

Zaeed's Assault Rifle Jesse. This is most likely a Firefly reference, not in name but in context, Zaeed is alot like Jayne, who also has a Assault Rifle whom he name Vera.

The renegade option when you first meet Mordin voices the opinion of the player, something along the lines of "Just once would I like to ask for someones help and they say, 'Yeah, sure, lets go, right now, no strings attached'"

Miranda's sister is called Oriana

A reference to DA:O if you played the Human Noble origin

I think

Anderson talks about legion if he is in your party... not really an easter egg, but still worth a chuckle. : )

The renegade option when talking to the Volus that's hopped up on red sand. "Charge", most likely a reference to the end of Liara's mission when you say it, and say it seriously. That always cracked me up, "We don't have time for this, Charge!" Said with a straight face too.

When you return to Tuchanka after completing Grunts loyalty quest EDI will announce that there are some breeding requests for Grunt. If you have defeated the Thresher Maw she will add "...and one for Shepard." :-D

I was playing with Mordin in my squad. He lit someone on fire and said "Flammable! or Inflammable. Doesn't matter." I thought that was hilarious.

In German it sounds like a Shakespear quote :-D

Warden Kuril: "Get off my ship!"

A line similar from the movie "Air Force One", quoted by Harrison Ford ("Get off my plane!") :bandit:

Did any of you get the 'junkmail' email in the form of a chain letter?

These aren't really easter eggs, but I did notice a lot of names from Dragon Age popping up around here and there. There was an Anora that Tali speaks of when she tells you the last person to be exiled, there was a Sten somewhere, and also an "Oghrinn" in Afterlife. I thought it was interesting.

Quite funny to hear Claudia Black and Loghain's VAs arguing with each other at the Admiralty board as well.

Edit: And of course the 'Uranus' thing. I laughed so hard.

Edit 2!: OH! I loved the spam email also. My boyfriend and I had been talkin about how creepy Morlan was and how we were going to wonder whatever happened to his 'famous shop' and then I got that email. IMMD

On Tuchanka, the store owner has a varren. You get the options to "Pet (the varren)" or "Leave (the varren) alone."

classic DA:O moment.

If you do the mission for the store owner and then buy the meat from his store, the Varren follows you around and you can bet on him in the fighitng pit. If he loses he's gone though.

He'll be back the next time you go to Tuchanka.

Does this count as an Easter Egg?

Here goes: Krogan Poetry.Thats right. Close your ears and run for cover...

I'd count it... Krogan <-> Vogon

Didn't think about it at the time, but you're right!

"Vogon poetry is the third worst in the Universe. The second worst is that of the Azgoths of Kria. During a recitation by their Poet Master Grunthos the Flatulent, of his poem, Ode to a Small Lump of Green Putty I Found in My Armpit One Midsummer Morning, four of his audience members died of internal hemorrhaging, and the president of the Mid-Galactic Arts Nobbling Council, survived by gnawing one of his own legs off... The very worst poetry in the universe died along with its creator, Paula Nancy Millstone Jennings of Sussex... in the destruction of the planet Earth."

In the Bar in Illium, talk to the Matriarch... pay attention at her. Then, drink the "mysterious" stuff and talk to her again...

You'll notice how alcohol still makes people preetier, lol.

Boo the space hamster is the best one so far IMO.

I'm clueless.  How do I discover this easter egg?

Check the inventory of the souvenir shop on the Citadel.

Another reference is Tali's battle call to her tech drone telling it to "go for the optics".

Not realy sure if this counts as an easter egg or if its already being put on here. But before you land on haelstron (sp) to get Tali if the difficulty is Hardcore or above the Geth Pulse Rifle is in front of her.

Actually it's a play on the naming conventions, not putting them together.
put the word "vas" before each word and say it out loud. :D

I hadn't caught that one, but that's actually pretty good.  Nice and subtle if you're not paying attention.
