When running from the steam console nothing happens, however when I manually launch "MassEffect2Launcher.exe" I get an error "There is an issue witht he following XML" not too fussed as you click ok and the launch app opens up. However after that when I click Play I get an error saying cudart.dll is missing.

I've tried downloading the Cuda drivers and tool kick from nvidia. latest cuda drivers did nothing. In the tool kit I found two different versions of the DLL, tried both and both give the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.

I'm running on Windows 7 64 Bit with a GTX 260 and an 8800GT (physx only)
