Three bugs and an idea:

1) Ish, the Salarian on Omega, gives me a fetch quest. I complete quest and tell him it's a bad idea to mess with Aria. Quest is still orange instead of faded when complete.

2) Sound cut out during fight between Sumara and daughter. Returns after fight.

3) Fish die when one missions done and another starts automatically due to story.

4) Scanning planets takes far to long and takes me out of the adventure. Idea:

   a) Go to scan planet, pull left trigger to scan, verticle line appears on right side of planet and planet starts to spin at predetermined speed. When hidden things pass the line they light up for 1/2 a second and allows you to move your aiming circle to the area that lit up, pull right trigger to shoot probe.

I think it would be faster and funner that way....my opinion at least. 

Other than scanning AWESOME game.

My thumb is actually sore from scanning. I can't believe that there isn't some kinda fancy future technology that can automatically feed my fish. What the hell is an AI for if not pet care?

Forget AI for pet care...why can't the AI do the scanning for me? I should be able to just go to a planet, hit a button to scan, then shoot probes to areas highlighted by the AI for me.

Omega: Packages for Ish. The same has happened to me. I offered Ish the Paragon way out to complete the assignment. Within the Journal the Assignment is still in 'Orange'.

If you talk with Kelly (your assistant) enough she will offer to feed your fish for you.

You have to invite her to dinner first. Afterwards she'll make a comment about seeing the fish in your room.

About the Ish mission, i've had the same problem, you have to give the package to Aria's people.



Also, I'm curious, if you go to dinner with Kelly, will this interfere with any other romances attempted, as it doesn't count at a paramour I've heard.

Do you remember who you gave the packages to? I tried just about everyone in Afterlife with no luck.

My sound also cut out during the Samara Loyalty mission finale. It came back right after the coolest part was over, but it was still a drag, since I was really enjoying the scene. I had to re-load it and use subtitles just to understand what was being said, which turned out to be extremely important. (I installed both discs to the 360 HD, btw. Don't know if that's related, but worth mentioning.) This is the only time this has occured.

I had the same problem on the Ish quest. Also the planet scanning is a little slow but it does add to the game and this technique is quite common to RPG's in general. If it was any faster or easier there really wouldn't be a challenge and it would still be an even more noticeable detour in the game. Great game just hope these little issues are fixed soonish.

After taking Kelly to dinner and letting her feed my fish I had no problem banging Miranda (she never even brought up the fact I had dinner). Can Kelly and Shepard hook up or is it just dinner?

No, I get the sound cut out during my mission as well, and I have not installed it to the HD.  At first I thought oit was because we were all trapped inside the biotic feild and somehow sound doesn't travel in the feild they were projecting.  But I guess it's just a bug?

Does the loading time not take 30 minutes everytime you want to reload a level?  when you install to the HDD?  Loading is atrocious in this game :\\\\

I'm currently playing on insane, and when I get my shelds down (seems like 1 hit) and the collecter general is hurlin' fireballs at me, he 1 hits me.  Well, let me tell you, I've been in the dormant collecter ship now for over 2 hrs trying to fight  off one collecter general, and 2 scions while on the platform... by myself.

I'm gonnamake a post about the AI... cause for reals... my teammates are retards.

Scanning planets for minerals is THE most boring part of this game.  Why couldn't they have planted us an option or something that shows where the minerals are on the planet?  Or at least speed up the scanner so it doesn't take so long.   I have to waste 10 hrs to gain enough resources to upgrade my kit, then I have to wait 10 minutes (over exaguration for effect, it's really 9 minutes.  <-- sarcasim... for effect) at the load screen causeI got one shoted.

I too get the no sound with the Sumara/Daughter fight. I was like, uh, what happened to the sound. Then you have to choose which one to kill and I had no idea what they said. I just went ahead and killed the daughter, then reloaded and tried again. Same thing happened a 2nd time with no sound. I'm going to have to do it with subtitles next play through to see what was being said. This is a bug that definetly needs to be squashed, and I'm wondering why it wasn't caught in testing.

i dont thinky ou can do that, if you told ish that it was a bad idea, the quest goes "over" but is sitll there , i got the same issue hoping it gets fixed.
