So I have a question, when I got jack on my team I accidently pissed Miranda off, not sure how, but I did. Is there anyway to fix this, or is Mirandas loyalty gonna drop?

As long as you did her loyalty mission, I wouldn't be worried.

When she speaks to you about her twin sister the mission will become availible. It is a really good mission and it will lead to her romance options.
