 i have both my ea/bioware account on the same email as my gamertag , and i still cant link my gamertag to my bioware account. any help, its getting really annoying.

I have the same issue and its starting to ****** me off. I actually have EA accounts one has an incorrect email but is somehow linked with my live account, the other has the same email as my live account and it doesnt connect to my live account.

I have got the same problem as TheLastsavior My ea/bioware account has got the same email as my xbox gamer tag but they have not linked up and i used my code hastily... hope i can get the armour.

I have the same problem as Thelastsavior and tinytim57, everything i have tried has failed, and i already used to codes and am soon to find another, but it wont help if i cant link any accounts. it would have been better had the codes been meant for redemption on live instead. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.

Is this about the "BioBoards Profile" link? I asked months ago how to change what Bioware account was linked to this one and got no response. The problem when I first signed into this account was I had both a Bioware and an EA account and some how the link leads a non-existent Bioware account in my EA account name.

Question ... I have all my Bioware games registered, and this auction is coming up, but there's one thing I don't understand.

Why does it only say I only registered Dragon Age: Origins PC, on the site that also got the news about the auction coming up, when in fact, I have all these older games like Neverwinter Nights 1, 2, and several others - also registered with my account?

I don't get it. Is BioWare split in two accounts, one at EA and one at BioWare? Why? It doesn't make any sense. One click on my forum profile right here, I have lots of games registered -- one click later on the social site, I haven't, except Dragon Age.

Same issue here... can't collect my Terminus Armor & it won't register my ME2 to my account, only my DA:O... and I've gotten no tokens for that game. Also hoped to take advantage on the story tracker this site is supposed to have. Gettin' frustrated. Is anyone monitoring this thread?

Now all my games are registered... but why isn't their just a place to type in your gamertags. I even went into Xbox.com & changed my e-mail to match my account here on Bioware Social & my PS3 e-mail already matched but it doesn't list my PSN ID on this site... Pretty jive that there haven't been any moderator replies in 2 months to this thread!! Help please, Bioware folks!!

I know it makes me mad because I screwed up on the Cerberus network thing. Its complete bull**** that you have to do all that stuff just to activate it. The way it should have been was that you type the code in. On the games main menu activate it then it grants free access to the dlc. But no Ea and Bioware had to make it more complicated then it has to.

I was actually about to post that I'm having the same problem, but I saw that this forums last post was over three months ago. Is ANYONE bothering to fix this issue?

To clarify for those still watching this forum for an answer: the process of linking a gamertag is automated once you register your game online, then log in from said game via your console/system/etc. As long as your e-mail addresses are the same for both your gamertag and your Bioware or EA Account it should recognize and register you on your own. There is not another way to enter a gamer tag at this time.

Since your Bioware Social Network account is also an EA Account, you can link your gamertag to your account by logging into the EA Account (https://profile.ea.com/myprofile.do) and going to Add Persona. Once a gamertag is linked to an EA Account, it cannot be linked to another.

I do that and it says its already been taken.

Then you have multiple EA accounts. EA live support can transfer your Gamertag between accounts, you need it moved to your BSN account's master EA account.
