Alright Im a bit freaked out and angry over this whole deal. Should have learned from all the frustration doing this with dragon age gave me, but I digress. Alright so heres the deal I have two profiles Ascension-DL and this one Ascensi0n. Now the Ascension DL is linked to my account and has all of my dragon age DLC on it but uses a different Email from my XBL Live passport email. The Ascensi0n account has the same email as my XBL Email but it is not linked with my XBL account through EA. I have already entered in all of the codes for ME2 for that account(thats the collectors, terminus, and inferno (I bought 2 copies of the damn game!)). So they are not showing up in game. Ive been trying to see if I can link this account to my XBL account but am unable to find it on this disorganized website. I dont understand why the codes couldnt simply work for XBl and be directly linked to my account instead of having to go though this whole convoluted process. I just want to play the game with the content that I purchased. If you could either merge the two accounts into one preferable making this one the main or link this tag with my Ascensi0n XBL account. I would greatly appreciate it. I have even gotten to play ME2 for several days because I havent been able to figure this out.

Your account on this site is an EA account. The account you are using in-game is a different EA account. There is no way for this website to merge/link those, since they are completely separate accounts.



What you can do is contact EA customer support and have them transfer the codes from one account to the other.

and how do I contact them? I've tryed a dozen times to email and live chat with them and all have been cancelled
