I redeemed my Cerebus account, downloaded two DLCs, and now ME2 can't find my Cerebus account. I also registered ME2, and the registration has been lost, too. This appears to be the same fubar I ran into with Dragon Age Origins. What does it take to get this right???

Are you sure it went wrong? Your game seems registered - you have the ME2 icon under your protrait.
What exactly happens, when you say your game cannot find the Cerberus account, any error messages?

It seems to be registered, yes, and I seem to have my DLC--just that some of the servers still haven't caught up and are singing off old pieces of music. Designing a multi-server system is hard and requires careful thought--it's particularly hard to fix a messed-up database design in mid-stream. Just ask the CIA.
